Cavalier Group Announces Strategic Shift and Sale of Richmond, VA Facility

Company is realigning its business strategy and offering its 28,000 square foot Richmond, VA facility for sale.

Cavalier Printing Ink Co., Incorporated is realigning its business strategy and offering its 28,000 square foot Richmond, VA facility for sale.

Following the passing of Samuel W. Johnson, Cavalier’s founder and owner, who dedicated 52 years to building a legacy of innovation and excellence, the company has reevaluated its operational needs and future direction.

“This decision marks a new chapter for Cavalier,” said Omar S. Hassan, president of Cavalier Group. “While our Richmond facility has been the center of our growth and success, our strategic shift requires us to streamline our operations and explore new opportunities that align better with our long-term vision.”

The Richmond facility, with its strategic location, extensive space, and specialized infrastructure, is ideally suited for research and development, manufacturing, warehousing, and other industrial purposes. Cavalier Ink believes it presents a unique opportunity for businesses looking to expand or enhance their operational capabilities in the region.

“We are excited about the future and the potential this strategic shift holds for us and for any business that acquires this exceptional facility,” Hassan added.
